In recent years, as natural disasters and pandemics occur on a global scale, awareness of crisis management has also heightened in Hokkaido. When it comes to housing, key phrases like "building safe and secure homes" have become essential, alongside structures that offer high airtightness, high insulation, and high durability.

The 2x4 (two-by-four) construction method, which we have adopted since our founding in 1984, was developed in North America and is widely used around the world as a global standard. It is ideally suited to Hokkaido’s harsh natural environment. Furthermore, its superior quality, earthquake resistance, fire resistance, and durability align perfectly with modern housing needs. We are confident that demand for this construction method will only continue to grow in the future.

At COSMO Construction, we have exerted our maximum effort to reduce costs while constantly elevating the quality of our homes. To secure trustworthy carpenters, we established our carpenter execution division as an affiliated company, managing operations directly without incurring outsourced costs. In addition, by producing panels in our own factory, we strive to shorten construction periods, maintain strict quality control, and reduce overall costs.

While remaining dedicated to the 2x4 method, we relocated our headquarters functions to Kiyota-ku, Sapporo in 2021 to build a structure that stays even closer to our local customers. Today, we operate from three primary locations: Sapporo, Chitose, and Tomakomai.
